Sally Bagshaw, organiser of the Brisbane Content Strategy Group (https://www.meetup.com/Brisbane-Content-Strategy-Group/), will present "Content Strategy 101". Included will be hints and tips for writers wanting to move into content strategy.

Ronald Day, a technical writer, instructional designer, and project manager for more than 20 years, will describe each step of the Systems Development Life Cycle, indicating where design errors can occur and how/where tech writers can play a key role in making designs safe.
