About the presenter

Elle Geraghty is a consultant Content Strategist in Sydney Australia. She has been working with content for over 15 years as a content strategist, analyst and journalist.

Elle takes an evidence based approach to content strategy, using research and analytics to link the needs of users and authors with business objectives. Elle founded the Sydney Content Strategy Meetup and is a regular speaker at various conferences and events. She has worked with Qantas, Atlassian, the Art Gallery of NSW, the Australian Museum, Virgin Mobile, Foxtel, Amnesty International, the NSW Government, Guide Dogs and the ABC. She has a Masters in Information and Knowledge Management and a BA in Communication (Journalism). Elle blogs at www.ellegeraghty.com.

About the presenter

Kristina has around 18 years of experience in technical writing with about 15 of those being in managing technical documentation teams. Most of her career she has been in engineering but has also spent time in program management and in marketing across industries like gaming, medical and radio communications. An award-winning process developer, she is currently responsible for technical communications and process development.
