Documenting API Dev Portals
Rajeev Ramani

The nuances of documenting APIs in an enterprise world. In his talk, Rajeev shares his experiences in authoring and managing dev portals and documentation.

About the speaker
As a platform architect at Telstra, Rajeev has co-led the process of making some of Telstra's core capabilities available as digital products. In the past two years, his focus has been to create a two-sided market place to support the following intentions.

1. To support Customers to self serve on the APIs
2. To enable internal product managers to publish APIs
3. To monetise the API transactions

He is passionate about making platforms and digitisation strategies a game changer across verticals. The insights gathered in the past two years, combined with over a decade long stint as a technology enabler, consultant and developer across verticals, gives him a unique advantage.

He has worked across cultures, which has helped him learn the nuances of doing business in different countries. He brings the experience of understanding business context and applying the nuts and bolts of technology to it. His speciality is in being able to work across organisational hierarchies as he can speak the language of the CXO and the developer.
