Natural language processing allows us to gain valuable insight into customer’s behaviors, anticipate their needs and improve customer satisfaction.

In this session, we will explore how we can leverage AWS ML services such as Amazon Comprehend and Amazon Transcribe, to perform targeted sentiment analysis to gauge feedback from customers on our products and services, thereby helping us to provide a better customer experience.
