Come along to our next Write the Docs North meetup in Manchester! This time it's a workshop focusing on Documentation in Agile. This event is open to anyone at all interested in learning about documentation in Agile.

The first half of our event will be a talk given by Technical Writer Deborah Barnard on Documentation in Agile. The second half is time for discussing and socialising. We can provide tea and coffee.

What is Agile, you may ask? You'll find out about Agile – and more – in this workshop delivered by a certified "scrum developer".

Many people are interested in Agile as a methodology for software development that emphasises lean, people-centric and results-focused ways of working. This contrasts the traditional "waterfall" approach which emphasises building software according to set requirements.

Though Agile began as a way to develop software, the manifesto has spread to many areas of business.
