In May, we're meeting at Docforce for a workshop to learn about and practice collaborative doc contribution using GitHub.

Work in teams to select and learn about an open source project that accepts documentation contributions

Review the contribution guidelines, issues, and pull requests in the selected repository to learn the context for contributing and see real world examples

Practice the mechanics of contributing using GitHub's Hello World tutorial (https://guides.github.com/activities/hello-world/)
