Gratitude is a wonderful way to set you in the present and feel the abundance currently available to you. It’s a sweet mood-lifter and happy type of contagious.

This May’s monthly meeting will be a gratitude workshop. Through writing prompts and exercises, you will be guided to reflect on the things you are thankful for and expand on those joyful sensations in your body. Take this time to slow down and remember whatever goodness exists in your life. Most people leave this event smiling, grounded, connected, and exuding warmth and peacefulness.
