Description: Do you speak English as a second language, enjoy talking about books and want to improve both your language skills and ability to analyse fiction? Crawford McCubbin, literature graduate, qualified and experienced English teacher, and hopeless bookworm invites you to join his reading group. Through guided discussions of both classic and contemporary short stories, you can expand your vocabulary, gain fluency and have fun presenting your ideas on some great writers. The group is suitable for those with an intermediate and above level of English. Homework is given in the form of short stories to read for the following week and written exercises (optional) that respond to what you’ve read.
