Writing and Expressive Arts for Transforming Trauma

Come join us for another tender and playful journey of writing, expressive arts, sharing and support.

We will be meeting on some Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the fall. The fee is 40-60 sliding scale plus a $5 materials fee.

You have the option to register for several sessions at a time. We will keep you posted on meet up as each week fills.

Please contact either Sandra or Michelle through meet up and give us your phone number if you are interested in attending so we can set up an initial intake session with you. Once we have established together that this group is a good fit for you, you will be on our email list and can register.

Also note that we ask that you have a regular therapist in place in order to attend.

We will be joined by Create Institute Expressive Arts Therapy student Veronika Davy, who will be fulfilling some of her practicum hours with us.
