Every Monday evening at 6:30 pm the Wy'east SisterHood crew will meet at Mt. Tabor for a roughly 1 hour-long outdoor bootcamp-style workout! This workout is open to all abilities. This is a great opportunity to check out the group, meet awesome women, and see what the SisterHood is all about! Whether you hike, climb, swim, SUP, trail run, road run, cycle, or just like being outside these weekly cross-training sessions will help improve your functional fitness and overall strength no matter what level you're at or what your goals may be. We aim to provide a supportive, all-inclusive group setting, where we help push, challenge, and hold each other accountable. All workouts are designed to be modified as necessary.
The SisterHood also hosts FREE group runs on Friday mornings called the Sister Shuffle, where "no sister is left behind", as well as monthly adventure runs, Happy Hours, and more!
