What we're about

*Become a part of Mount Pleasant's newest running group & run to get FIT!*

X-Running was created for all running abilities, for those seeking to increase speed, improve form, but most of all to increase fitness. We will not only run, we will strength train as well using mainly body weight exercises, core stabilization, and any bench or bar we can find...you name it we will use it! As a certified, educated, and experienced personal trainer I will lead thorough running sessions that incorporate strength training. Whether you are a just getting started or dream of running a half-marathon this type of training will get you where you want to be! Our meetups are intended to be fun, functional, social, and make you sweat :) Come check us out!
