Many entrepreneurs face a common roadblock: a lack of structured, data-informed methods to track progress, identify key growth drivers, and make smart strategic decisions. While operational guidance is often available, the practical know-how to apply frameworks like KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) is often missing. Without a solid foundation in data analytics, it's easy to lose sight of what’s working—and what’s not.

This hands-on workshop is designed to change that. You’ll start by exploring the fundamentals of data-driven decision-making, then dive into how to identify and track the right KPIs and business metrics for your venture. From there, you’ll learn how to implement OKRs to guide strategic growth and discover how performance dashboards can be used to monitor progress in real time. The session wraps up with a Q&A and support in building a personalized action plan—so you can start applying what you’ve learned right away.
