This group is for anyone interested in a deeper understanding of yoga. It's also great for athletic types with stiff, tight muscles. Yoga can definitely help open connective tissue. It's also wonderful for releasing tension. You can learn things you can do while sitting in front of a computer all day long to help release tension in your back and shoulders.
This will be a 4 week series. We'll start with pranayama then meditation.
We'll hold poses 2-5 minutes then moving into a nice flow.
This class is for all levels. Beginners would be great in this class as well as athletic types. This is a great way to open and loosen tight overstressed muscles. Your body will thank you for it.
