We meet weekly on Tuesdays: the first night of the month kicks off with a presentation from a guest speaker and project updates/outlook for the month; the rest of the month will be focused on "hacking" (working on our projects to build civic good).

Guest speaker: Tracey Lauriault

Tracey Lauriault will give a talk about understanding spacial media, data and the city, and the role of civic tech in a smart city (and particularly precision agriculture). Tracey (@TraceyLauriault) is Assistant Professor of Critical Media Studies and Big Data in the Communication Studies School of Journalism and Communication at Carleton University.
