Cross Country Skiing, Boom Lake instead of Pipestone Trails

Details
The Pipestone Cross Country Ski Trails are closed until after Christmas due to construction. We will be skiing Boom Lake instead.
Description: The Boom Lake trail is deservedly one of the most popular in the Rocky Mountains. Due to its high location near Vermilion Pass, it receives snow early and keeps the know well into the spring. It takes little snow to make the trail skiable and you can often find keen skiers on the trail as early as November. In addition to good early season snow conditions, the trail is very pleasant and makes a nice easy outing.
