Yarra YUkers ukulele session

Return to (weather-permitting) face-to-face ukulele sessions!

Hi folks, if you've been missing your uke or putting off starting with a group until after lockdown, now is the time!

The Yarra YUkers are meeting again outdoors while the sun shines, every Tuesday evening @6pm, currently at the Darling Gardens in Clifton Hill.

You can bring a chair to sit on or a picnic blanket, refreshments, music stand/esky etc. etc.

Forecast for this week (24 Nov) is 21C partly cloudy with a southerly breeze. It gets a little cooler around 7pm, so have a snuggly cardigan on hand!

In due course we might move back to The Retreat Hotel in Abbotsford or to a park near there so folks can get a meal & drinks afterwards. But for now, the centrally located Darling Gardens - reachable via Clifton Hill railway station, the Eastern Fwy, Alexandra Pde/ Hoddle Street /Queen's Parade /Heidelberg Rd.

Of course, you're welcome to hang about afterwards & chat to all the other lovely folk, but Harry will direct the group through a playlist from 6-7:30ish.
