Yelps International Kitchen goes to Ukraine

The first Yelp Event of 2014 - we kickstart the New Year with our new, culinary, and monthly adventure named "Tour de Yelp"!

What is the Tour the Yelp?
You can use Yelp all over the globe, at this moment in 24 different countries!

So in 2014 we will travel 12 of them. Once a month, we take a culinary trip to a different country while staying in Munich; we're doing something that represents this particular country, mostly accompanied by good food :D

February : East Europe

On my journey to the culinary of Eastern Europe in Munich it got really tricky. Since I could not found any polish restaurant in Munich, custody was fortunately granted in the neighbor country. At our Tour de Yelp we will make a a culinary stop at the Ukraine and visit the charming Anna in her little Café Sereno. There she serves Ukrainian specialties that can not be found anywhere else in Munich. Everything on the menu is made by Anna herself and is an original Ukrainian recipes.

What can we expect on the night ?

We enjoy a small Ukrainian finger food buffet with...

• fresh pelmeni (dumplings with meat filling )

• Piroshkis Myasom (dumplings filled with sauerkraut or potato or sour cherries)

• Blinchiki s Myasom (pancakes with pork and chicken filling )

• Russian Olivje salad.

Water ( 0.2 l) 2,20 Euro , bottle of beer 3, - Euro , juice spritzers ( 0.5l ) 3,30 Euro .

Besides the food there is Ukrainian folk music, vodka and lots of good mood!
