These community yoga sessions offer yoga exercises consisting of different styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa etc for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Meditation techniques that will be practised will include guided meditation, yoga nidra, mindfulness etc. These sessions will enhance your overall well-being in holistic and optimal ways.

There is a charge of $8 cash at the door to cover rental hire costs. Pls bring your own yoga mats. Plenty of free off-street parking is available. There will be warm vegan herbal chai for you to savour after the session.
