Join us for a variety of Vedic Sciences events that build community, improve your wellness and aid in finding the true You.

Events include daily Yoga, weekly Ayurveda discussion group, weekly Kirtan (Chant mantras) practice and performance group, weekly Soundbaths, weekly Hiking events and bimonthly 4 day Vedic Sciences' retreats.

All levels welcome to participate.
Yoga practice includes 50-60 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind, and secondarily build muscle tonality & flexibility. In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to balance. Vedic Yoga practice also includes 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम - “control of lifeforce/breath”) exercises to increase the lifeforce (“prāṇa”) throughout the body and 15 minutes of silence/meditation. You will benefit by re-discovering your true Self; and secondarily experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.
