Yoga Sculpt classes (and sometimes power yoga) combine yoga, light weights, sometimes lightweights ;) , cardio, and a kickass playlist.
Then... we engage in a fun activity, like drinking tea, grabbing drinks, picnicking, playing tag, hanging out on the beach,... our themes vary and we're always open to your interests! Just let us know.

Purpose: Make NY a little bit less lonely. We get out of our minds and into our bodies-- we build up the energy in the room together through the practice, and when we finally land on our mats in shivasana, we find solidarity in solitude- Your body is so worn out that your mind opens up. It balances between body, mind, and spirit.
