Yoga is the foundation for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Radhakrisha teaches S-VYASA style of Yoga that is suitable for most age groups. Basic stretches, Pranayama, Meditation, Suryanamaskara, Relaxing techniques, Asanas, and Chants will be part of his class. He has a dynamic, fun-loving and compassionate character that you could hopefully observe in his classes 😊.
Radhakrishna’s journey towards Yoga is attached to an image of his grandfather (aged 70 years at that time) practicing a head-stand. He later on attended several courses to begin with the Yoga practice. His passion towards Yoga lead him to complete the Yoga Instructor course under the supervision of Acharya Dr. M.Niranjana Murthy at S.G.S International Yoga Foundation College and Research Center in India (200 h). He is also pursuing his PhD at the Institute of Fluid mechanics and Environmental Physics in Leibniz University of Hannover.
