    This meditation group is about the freedom to do meditation your own way - no strings attached, nothing to comply with, no religious orientation involved. If you do have a religious orientation that you prefer to follow, you are welcome as well, of course. Our group offers a space of openness, tolerance, inspiration, and oneness.

    It is an open space for meditation between 5.30 and 7 pm. You are free to come and go as you please and meditate for 5 mins or the whole time, whatever feels right for you. You are also welcome to lie down and just relax.

    We play recorded guided meditations on request, which give you the basics about meditation. They are 15 mins each with Tibetan Bell sounds in-between to help with silent meditation.

    Meditation is free to attend - we appreciate a donation of $5 if you can and are happy to support us and help with the costs towards the hire of the hall.

    Welcome restorative Yoga - your mini-retreat! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒฟ

    Restorative Yoga means winding down in relaxing poses, letting go of tension, calming body, mind, and spirit... Please bring a large beach towel and a small hand towel, a cushion and a filled hot water bottle, if possible, or use the props of the studio. We will do 5 to 7 poses max and stay for some minutes in each posture. We will also gently move our bodies to prepare them to better absorb the benefits of the restorative postures. Variations of postures will be offered, so you can experiment and find the best way for you personally. You will learn about the benefits of each posture and in some cases even about the mythology and history of certain postures.

    Restorative Yoga can help to activate the self-healing energies of our bodies. We will relax to the beautiful music of Deva Premal & Miten, and finish the session with a guided deep relaxation.

    Meditation starting at 5.30 pm after this class is included, should you choose to combine both events. Welcome to your Sunday mini-retreat ๐Ÿ˜Š

    The 5 Tibetan Rites are an ancient practice, which has been called 'The Fountain of Youth'. It is based on balancing our energy centers, the Chakras.

    Learn a practice that only takes 10 to 20 minutes per day to keep your body, mind & spirit uplifted and functioning in an optimal way!

    "When you hold yourself in high esteem, and when you know that you are worthy of the very best that life can offer, what you are really doing is loving yourself. Self-love enables you to feel good about who and what you are, and this greatly speeds the renewal process.     This 9-week course will introduce you to the practice of the 5 Tibetan Rites and the Chakras. We will slowly build our practice over the course of the 9 weeks and focus on balancing one Chakra each week as well as learning about what causes chakra imbalances and explore various tools how to create a new balance for ourselves individually with symbols, colours, mantras/affirmations, gem stones and more.
