Meditation to reduce stress + learn to cure one ailment each week
You will learn specific exercises, Ayurveda and holistic wellness tips, meditation techniques that will not only have a curative effect on the body but use the inner kundalini energy to advance into higher states of meditative experiences. Stress elimination techniques can be applied easily in our daily lives. Evening. 5 PM to 6 PM. There will also be Q&A towards the end for any questions you may have. All beginner to advanced levels welcome. No need to bring your own yoga mat. The Yoga studio has a good supply of yoga mats, blankets, and pillows. You can take from there and place it back after the class. Every week is a different agenda and a different meditation. We do Buddhist techniques, mindfulness, kundalini, Siddha yoga and also Kriya yoga meditations. We also learn various breathing exercises, mudras, bandhas etc. Along with that, based on a weekly topic or questions from the students we learn yoga exercises, holistic wellness techniques, Ayurveda etc. FREE.
