This is a group for anyone interested in the science of Yoga and Meditation. Sessions will help eleminate stress, aid in healing process and be more focussed in life. A combination of various breathing exercises and meditative processes will be used. We will learn holistic wellness tips that include Acupressure, Ayurveda, lifestyle changes, Yoga philosophy etc. There will also be sessions to practice meditative sleep and power naps. Anyone can join. This is non-religious and very scientific group managed by a yoga expert. The organizer has spent years in the Himalayas with Yoga Gurus and monks in India. We will announce events and locations around Connecticut.
