Interested in improving your physical and mental health, focusing on your spiritual development and connecting like-minded people? Our Yoga classes - Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha - come from ancient traditions and so you will experience the magic of mantra (sound), pranayama (breath), asana (posture) and meditation. Complete beginners are very welcome! Come along and connect with your inner light.

Helen Lewis (Namsahahee Kaur)

Helen is a Karam Kriya trained Kundalini level 1&2 teacher and a BWY Hatha teacher. She runs regular classes and workshops on Mental Health and wellbeing. She is committed to inspiring individuals to turn up their own light and tap into the greatest power of transformation and healing on this planet-love

Estela V. Noble (Ajai Kaur)

Estela’s passion for providing joyful support to her students on their search for inner awareness, or through a challenging journey or just curious for a new experience, is her way of fulfilling her vision for a new happy, healthy and soulful society. She approaches all aspects of her teachings with the knowledge that the mind, body, and spirit are intimately connected and is committed to provide her knowledge and tools to her students so they can bring holistic awareness to their daily lives and develop their potential as human beings.

She trained as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher with Sat Hari Kaur in Barcelona (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers’ Association) in 2001 and has been teaching ever since. Her mission is to support individuals from cradle to cradle, so she has also received the certificate of Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM), teaches yoga for parents and babies, Yoga in a Chair, and offers Mindfulness Therapies, holding a certificate of Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance, from Monash University (Australia).
