Yoga and Pole Dance come together to create a safe empowering space to build strength and confidence while having fun. Our events will be classes co-taught by a Yoga instructor and a Pole instructor. Anyone who would like to gain strength and flexibility, get in touch with their artistic side, and have a fun night out should come! Yoga-Pole is a fusion of classical Yoga, Lyrical Dance, and Pole Fitness. In this introductory class, you will learn the basics of Pole technique coupled with yoga strengthening exercises and dance styling. The goal of Yoga-Pole is to help students increase physical strength, flexibility, and balance and to gain confidence by expressing their creativity and versatility through dance routines. Yoga-Pole can help you merge your athletic ability with your passion through dance and self-expression.
