Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a softer, slower, more introspective practice than more dynamic (or yang) styles of yoga. In Yin Yoga we hold mainly floor based postures for between 3 and 5 minutes and use this time to connect with our breath and explore the different sensations in the body. As we hold the postures for longer, we are able to work into our connective tissues and improve flexibility in body at the same time as cultivating a sense of calm in the mind. Please bring your own mat.

A group for anyone in the Kingston or nearby areas, who is interested in yoga, peace, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques, nature and natural living.

Join us for regular indoor yoga classes, outdoor yoga in the park (during the spring/summer season) , workshops, social events and lots more to come :)
