Yoga and Picnic at Bushy Park

Bushy Park

Outdoor open-level yoga session followed by optional picnic in the beautiful Bushy Park! It doesn't matter whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi who's practiced the art for years, just come along with your mat and a smile! The session (Hatha flow style) will include asana (physical postures) practice and stretches in combination with breath-work. This experience will run for around an hour and a half, and it's suitable for all levels. Yoga will improve body and mind awareness as well as helping you to achieve a sense of balance, strength, and calmness. After the practice you are welcome to stay for picnic where you'll have the chance to nibble on some yummy treats whilst meeting new people. For the picnic, please bring along something homemade of your choice or simply grab a quick wholesome snack from the local supermarket. Please feel free to invite family and friends - the more the merrier! Experience includes: - 1 hr 30 mins yoga session (Hatha flow| open level) - Improve body/mind awareness and achieve a sense of balance, strength, and calmness - Picnic and chance to meet new people What to bring: - A yoga mat - Bottle of water - A blanket for picnic (optional) - Depending on weather conditions: A few extra layers of clothes to ensure you are warm when cooling down and when in relaxation towards the end of the practice. - Snacks and drinks for the picnic after Meeting Point : Hampton Court Gate at 12 PM This event is donation based. Suggested though not compulsory donation is £8 . Please ensure to RSVP if you are certain in joining and change it if you can no longer make it.
