This is a group for anyone interested in yoga, sound healing, meditation, essential oils, and self-empowerment. All skill levels are welcome. For the dog lovers out there, get excited for “Elliot Yoga”. Similar to “goat yoga” except instead of goats, you get to practice yoga with a very cute therapy dog named Elliot.
45 minutes of an all levels yoga practice followed by 45 minutes of open discussion/ support group. For anyone in recovery from anything, looking to implement yoga as part of their recovery process.

Learn how to deepen your yoga and wellness practice with the help of essential oils. During the class we will move through a series of Yin Yoga poses with the assistance of therapeutic grade essential oils.
Yin Yoga is a passive practice that targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. It involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes.
Integrating aromatherapy into your yoga and healing practice will restore balance and promote health and well-being. Come to learn how essential oils can relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce body tension and quiet the mind.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Class will begin with guided meditation to relax the body and mind. You will then be guided through a series of movements and longer held stretches that target the neck, shoulders, back and arms. Tennis balls will be utilized to release tension in the hands and straps will be used to assist as well. No yoga experience is required.

This is an all inclusive retreat for anyone in recovery from anything. You can expect a lot of nature, a lot of healing, a lot of connection. Activities include yoga, meditation, healing circles, sound baths, discussion meetings, walks in the woods, and more! All meals are provided and are vegetarian/vegan friendly. $50 deposit holds your spot. $300 for the whole weekend, payment plans available.
