What we're about

Join us for a monthly yoga and meditation session. The sessions will focus on balancing the mind and body and focusing our energy in order to contribute to a more peaceful world. We typically start out with some stretches, poses, gentle movements and breathing exercises, before moving on to a guided meditation session. These sessions are open to beginners and practitioners alike. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and bring your mat if you have one! (We will have some spares if you don't own a yoga mat)
