This is a group designed for men who want to learn about and practice Yoga and Meditation with other males.
This group is perfect for absolute beginners and we'll explore some different styles of yoga and practice various kinds of meditations that build on the yoga sets. Even those with some yoga experience can benefit from these sessions.
A few basic breathing techniques will be taught and we will chant some mantras on occasion.
Meditation will be incorporated throughout many of the yoga sets in each class.
We will explore Tantra.
The goal is to build physical Vitality and increase Consciousness. This can be a way to help keep ourselves in shape physically, mentally, emotionally and help calm our minds and lower our stress levels.
This group of Yoga and Meditation for Men is open to all levels, absolute beginners to the more advanced.
