This practical taster session will give you an idea of what mindfulness is and if you would like to deepen your practice with one of our courses or retreats.
Please note: This class includes practical techniques, and you can also do this as a stand-alone session to switch off and learn to relax.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness training teaches us to be more present in our daily lives. By engaging the 5 senses more we gradually learn to come out of the head and into the body. This taster session will give you an introduction to mindfulness so you can have the experience and decide if you would like to continue developing these skills in your daily life.
