Let's meetup and have a yoga class together. I teach vinyasa yoga that is open to all levels. If you are a beginner or are advanced then this class is for you. We'll talk about specific yoga postures that are great for IBD as well as meditation and specific breathing exercises. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes and ready to take part in a gentle yoga class for 60 minutes. There is a changing room available if needed and yoga mats provided. Space is limited to 8 students so please make sure to RSVP to say that you're coming.
