Hi, I am Twee, initially from Vietnam, very interested in doing stretching ANYTIME, I am organising this meetup for everyone with the hope that we will provide each other good company, and enjoy the stunning beauty of nature together.
Why do we practise yoga?
Yoga helps to transform your mind, body and spirit. Yoga in Sanskrit, can be translated into ''Union''. It is to find Union between mind and body; between our thoughts and the source of our thoughts, between teacher and student or between ourselves and our neighbours. Yoga for Everyone with the intention is to create community and awaken true compassionate awareness within ourselves. Plus, these stretches not for only personal fitness but to loosen up their muscles and minds.
How does it work?
Summer is coming! Instead of staying indoors, why don't you join us at the park to do a bit of exercise, particularly is stretching; making some new friends, getting more vitamin D; keeping our bodies fit and challenging ourself with hard postures and hold the positions longer each time
We could also see over the whole city/valley and the wind will be blowing our hair around like a flag. We would bask in the sunshine and then lay down on our back and watch the extremely beautiful blue sky with the birds singing over our heads.
And afterwards, we would go out for drinks and have a casual catchup sometimes, too.

Entrance Fee: Free
Note: This is outdoor activity which sometimes depends on how the weather likes, so if its raining, it would probably be cancelled.
