What we're about

I created this group to provide a safe place where individuals with fibromyalgia can get together for a soothing yoga practice. This is a low impact and gentle practice to alleviate fibromyalgia pain. I incorporate restorative poses, gentle modified Hatha poses and simple breathing technique to help relax your body and mind.
