Eat Breathe Thrive

This transformative 6-week program combines yoga and mindfulness-based practices to support conscious eating, emotional resilience, and healthy body image. It is open to all genders, ages fourteen and up. The program was developed by Eat Breathe Thrive, a not-for-profit organization that has helped thousands of people around the world overcome food and body image challenges. https://www.eatbreathethrive.org/

ABOUT US:
Ashley Shires, MA, has taught mindful yoga flow classes for 17 years. She is certified in Ashtanga yoga with Richard Freeman and has a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing. Her passion is to help students tap deep into their hearts, break old, limiting patterns, find their wings and fly. Ashley has studied with self-reflective writers including Lucia Berlin and Cheryl Strayed, she has taught contemplative writing and yoga workshops across the U.S., and she is a contributing editor at SF Yoga Magazine.

Sarah Kit Farrell is a mindfulness-based mental health professional who works at the intersection of eating disorders and intuitive eating. She is a registered yoga teacher who specializes in body-positive and eating disorder recovery yoga, and she has worked as a meal support coach and peer mentor. Sarah facilitates support groups at Denver’s Eating Disorder Foundation, and she has a private practice coaching individuals as they learn to make friends with food and nourish themselves through mindfulness. She is pursuing her MA in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. http://www.sarahkitfarrell.com
