Tuesday Curvy Yoga Flow

Tuesday's class will focus again on breathwork as well as encouraging a little more movement at a bit of a faster pace. This class is for the women that usually have good mobility but may want to work on strength and flexibility. In this class we flow from one pose to the other to keep our heart rates up and focus on our body/breath connection.
