I want to invite the Yogis of Santa Monica for a complete Yoga Class every Thursday and 10:45am at Bhakti Yoga Shala, an amazing donation based studio.
The class is Dharma Yoga Vinyasa and I focus on stress relief, weight loss and self esteem. The class includes asana, guided relaxation, pranayama and meditation.
All levels are welcome!
I teach private and semi-private yoga classes in your home or office. All programs are custom-tailored to fit your schedule and your needs, and we typically meet for one session per week.
