Yoga in Daily Life is a system of yoga rooted in ancient wisdom with principles and practical techniques and exercises that guide us towards better health as well as greater awareness and understanding of ourself and life. It's very accessible to everyone and therefore practised by people of all ages and abilities, helping us to cope with and overcome stress and the demands of living in a busy modern world. At the moment we have just one Saturday morning class in Glasgow. Check out our *Yoga in Daily Life in Edinburgh* group for evening classes throughout the week plus Friday morning at our Ashram in Edinburgh.

Saturday Morning Relaxing Yoga in Glasgow - Experienced

This class is suitable for those who have experience of the Yoga in Daily Life system already and are confident to move beyond the beginner stage. It includes relaxation, asanas (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), meditation, and practical yoga philosophy for a wholesome life. It's also adaptable for those with physical limitations, such as in recovery from illness or injury - although the Beginner class at 11am might be more suitable. We meet and practise each week in this beautiful peaceful space, very close to St Georges Cross subway, by the Great Western Road. *First class only £5!* Then fees are: Pay-as-you-go: £10 | £8 concession 6 classes in advance (valid 3 months): £50 | £40 concession The concession rates are available to anyone who feels financially eligible. Payable in cash on arrival or bank transfer in advance. Please RSVP book in advance and arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first class.
