What we're about

Yoga in Daily Life is a system of yoga rooted in ancient wisdom with principles and practical techniques and exercises that guide us towards better health as well as greater awareness and understanding of ourself and life. It's very accessible to everyone and therefore practised by people of all ages and abilities, helping us to cope with and overcome stress and the demands of living in a busy modern world. At the moment we have just one Saturday morning class in Glasgow. Check out our *Yoga in Daily Life in Edinburgh* group for evening classes throughout the week plus Friday morning at our Ashram in Edinburgh.

ONLINE CLASS - Deep Relaxation

This is an ONLINE class and you need to pre-register for the class on Zoom at least a day before and also complete an emailed Registration Form prior to the day of your first class - then you'll be manually approved in order to receive the Zoom *Join Meeting* link. Give yourself the bliss of winding down at the end of the week with the deep physical and mental relaxation experienced in Yoga Nidra. This technique involves lying down on the floor for a slow guided body scan, breath absorption and intention-setting resolve. We finish with a short peaceful seated meditation.
