Chair Yoga in Fort Langley

Chair Yoga is for those experiencing limited mobility due to injuries, aging and weight gain.  Through these sessions, you will alleviate discomfort, recover your range of motion, have better alignment, and strength.  Chair Yoga enables you to be more agile and independent in your daily life, as well as experience joy and freedom through increased mobility.  Poses are modified and often a chair, the wall or a belt are used to make the gift of yoga accessible to your unique needs.  Please contact us ahead of the class to let us know your specific challenges and goals so we can address them through personalized attention.
