A movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body, training the core using the Spiral Structure technique.
This is taught at a basics level for Buti Yoga.

This is a more vigorous class focusing on poses that develop alignment awareness, physical strength, endurance, and mental awareness. Sun Salutations are included, along with core strengthening, balance work, sometimes inversions are offered, and always ending with a great Savasana for relaxation. Movements are done in synch with the breath. Class is heated.
Class is appropriate for participants in good health, no physical limitations, beginner to intermediate practice, a more fitness based yoga class.

Donation Only. No yogi will be refused for the inability to donate funds. Class Passes will not be accepted. An ongoing exploration in the foundations of yoga. You will learn the history, basic techniques, and general information about yogic philosophy. Your instructor will lead you through a basic Vinyasa Flow practice incorporating some of the fundamental yoga poses. This class is perfect for beginners, and provides great reinforcements for the more experienced. Synergy is proud to offer this donation class to our community.
