Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Meditation
Join me every Monday for a beginners/intermediate level Yoga class. The class will be mainly Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with a meditation and relaxation at the end. You will also be treated to a Gong Sound Healing every class. Classes are £10 drop-in, or £40 for 5 classes to be used in 6 weeks. Your first class is just £6 :-) Classes are limited to 8 people, so booking is essential. Please call me on[masked] for more details or if you have any questions. Please visit my website for more details about me - Mats and props are provided, but please bring some water and a blanket/jumper to keep you warm in the relaxation. Vinyasa means ‘breath synchronised movement’ - each pose matches the breath, and flows from one to another. It will give you a workout, but you will also leave feeling stretched out, relaxed, happier and more positive about life. Gong sound healing is super powerful and has been around for thousands of years. Science proves we can be healed by sound, as different sounds change the frequency in our bodies and minds. . Benefits include: - reduced stress and tension in the body - release emotional blockages, pain and trauma - change the frequency of cells within the body to promote healing - promote relaxation and help you to sleep better - balances hormones - quietens the mind so we can access the knowledge that is inside of us already.

What we're about

This is a group for anyone in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas who are looking to either start or continue their journey with Yoga and experience physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Yoga has many benefits but the main aim is to bring the mind, body and soul back into alignment and to help the student find true health, happiness and the power to achieve whatever they want to in life. It is powerful in helping overcome stress, anxiety, depression and for everyday worries that we all deal have to deal with.

If you want to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life, then Yoga may be just what you are looking for!

I specialize in teaching Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga, but draw my influence from a wide range of Yoga styles. There will be group classes for all abilities, outdoor Yoga over the summer and specific Yoga workshops coming soon. I have recently moved to Cambridgeshire after teaching in both London and Essex for the past 4 years. I have now made St Neots my permanent home :-) and looking forward to setting up some Yoga classes in the area!
