Open to everyone - all ages, all levels of yoga experience! We want you to come and experience the many benefits of yoga, while enjoying the ocean view, and maybe even making some new friends. Our teachers are certified, and come from a variety of yoga backgrounds-so be sure to check out as many classes as you can :)

Bring a mat (if you don't have one, most teachers will bring a few extras), water, sunscreen...maybe even lunch and swimsuit. More than just a yoga class, our meetup has grown into a beautiful community over the last 8 years, and we look forward to improving ourselves with you through movement, breathwork, and meditation.

Friday morning vinyasa flow, all levels welcome. I love yoga😊
Class is centered around the breath, mind, body and spiritual connection. We will move the body dynamically through familiar yoga poses to warm up, begin to flow build core strength and work on balance - so fun on the beach!

Bring a mat, a blanket or towel to place under the mat, some water, and dress in layers - we never know if it will be hot or windy and chilly.

We know some of you have schedules that don't allow you to try out all of our amazing instructors, so we are doing a Friday Night Special...each week a different teacher :) Come down and unwind from your week with a flow style class - appropriate for all levels.
Bring a mat, water, and dress in layers (the beach can get a bit chilly in the evenings).
Donations are appreciated, but not necessary for participation.

Join us for Pilates at the beach! Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Yoga on the Beach with Carina

I am so thrilled to be leading Saturday yoga flow on the beach! Saturday yoga is the perfect way to roll into the weekend! Come move, stretch and clear your mind with the sea as your backdrop.
I am a 500 EYT registered yoga teacher, Reiki Master, spin instructor and personal trainer who has been teaching and coaching for 12 years. The styles I teach range from Gentle Yin to Vinyasa Flow. Saturday is a Vinyasa Yoga Flow. Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a creative flowing sequence. It builds from a warm up and then it progresses. The class is for all levels. I encourage and welcome beginners.
I share with you a positive and loving energy, and my intention for each class is to have you leave your mat rejuvenated from the inside out.
Bring a mat, some water, and dress in layers (never know if it will be hot or windy).
