Before getting back into the weekly grind, come join an invigorating yoga class that will breathe energy into your overall being! Hatha yoga is a traditional class that focuses on finding alignment in each asana between strength and flexibility. Each pose will be held for several breaths to give your body and mind time to adjust and find balance. This class is great for both those familiar with yoga as well as those new to it (modifications and optional suggestions will be given) Class will end with some time on the floor to quiet the mind and body.
Class Fees: First class $5! Subsequent classes $8. Or a package of 5 classes for $30
