This Meetup is for those interested in practicing yoga or deepening their practice. It is for those interested in starting or improving their meditation practice. We have the occasional Yoga Workshop and Teacher Training Events.
We practice a moderate Vinyasa Flow, seeking balance and fluid movements timed with our breath, achieving positions tailored for each of our own individual bodies. We sprinkle in a bit of Restorative and Yin Yoga to aid in our range of motion and affect our general well being. The practice is intended and encouraged to be a Meditation in Motion.
