Join me on the mat for hatha style yoga, which includes breathing techniques, various poses and meditation. As a veteran of the US Army, I am looking to strengthen the connection of mind and body, as they become one beautifully flexible machine. All skill levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged to take the plunge and start a new journey to wellness. Advanced practitioners are encouraged to slow down and fine tune your practice. I started this group to get more people (especially veterans) practicing yoga; it saved my life, it could save yours. Please spread the word, as we all are light workers here to be our best.
