Sweet Escape Yoga organizes yoga classes and events in natural (i.e., outside) and creative (i.e., cool, hip, or artsy) spaces in the Metro Atlanta area.

Outdoor yoga gives you a unique opportunity to move and meditate while enjoying the serenity of the sky, warmth of the sun, and sensation of the breeze.

So, don your favorite yoga threads and join us on the mat for a journey inward through a yummy yoga experience of breath, balance, and bliss.

Message from Organizer and Certified Yoga Teacher, Kristen:

As a student of yoga for several years, in 2009, I became a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-240) and launched Sweet Escape Yoga in order to organize fun and creative yoga classes and events in Metro Atlanta.

Yoga is all about balance, mindfulness, and tranquility. I love that Yoga, with its attention on breathing and its quiet, precise movements, can draw focus away from a busy, chaotic day and more toward the calming moment as one moves the body through poses that require balance and concentration.

I like teaching others to move in a way that brings awareness of abilities and limitations and encourages peace within them. My classes focus on traditional poses with a little flow and variety to keep it fun.
