Yoga, Mind & Meditation Workshop is an introduction to the The Art of Living Foundation's Happiness Program. Over 40 million people worldwide have benefited from the Foundation's programs which teach simple yet powerful breathing and meditative techniques for living a stress free and fruitful life.

The workshop will introduce the participants to the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection.
