VINYASA YOGA focuses on the coordination of breath & movement. Postures and breathing techniques are used to induce relaxation and improve physical strength. Yoga can improve flexibility and endurance, build up core strength and lubricate joints, massage internal organs as well as detoxify and help clear the mind and keep ourselves positive and focused.

Nicole DiBenedetto focuses on an array of different types of classes and levels in the yoga practice,
specializing in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga as well as teaches Mommy & Me Yoga, Kids Yoga, and General Yoga classes.
