This group is for people who are interested in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Movement Arts.

Such as Hoop Dance and Trance Dance, Sound Healing etc.

Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means to "Yoke" literally to "Unite" in modern terms it represents unifying the

Body, Mind, & Spirit.

Yoga is a fantastic form of fitness that is perfect for all skill levels.

If you're a beginner wanting to start a new fitness regime or an experienced yogi, I want to bring deeper

meaning into your typical workout. To help you to see how the mind plays in important roll in helping us

heal and stay healthy and focused.

The way I teach Yoga is very traditional.
I not only teach you the basics of yoga but I also bring meditation into

each of my classes along with sound healing.

What we obtain and empower through this, is our essential selves; healing our mind, body and spirit.

Through these various modalities we learn to haromonize our inner and outer being by clearing the mind

building strength in our body and listening to our deeper self.

I believe the practice of yoga and her sister sciences such as meditation, ayurveda and the like, help us to

gain a better grasp of how our minds work; so we can stick to our key purpose in life.

Whether that be diet, weight loss, coping with set backs such as stress or loss.

Just being a better person physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

My classes will bring you to a place of joy, laughter and inner harmony.

Our overall mental and emotional health sets the pace for our discovery of a new and better life.

HoopDance Bootcamp Workshop!

Historic Lincoln Park

This will be a Heavy duty Cardio Class we will be holding 3 days a week, to whittle your middle down from all those holiday pounds we all put on.
If you don't have a hoop don't worry Hoops will be available to use in class or feel free to bring your own.
We will be hooping on our bodies mainly keeping the hoop at high resistance and our heart-rate up enough to lose those pounds.
All skill levels are welcome to attend.
I will assist you all with hooping up and down the body waist, hips chest and shoulders maybe even legs.... in order to have a more intense workout if you like you can even keep your tempo up on your waist in both directions. along with various Hoop moves that will tone and tighten the body. Hooping has been observed by the American Fitness Association as a low to no impact sport that can help you burn anywhere from 400 to 600 calories in just 1 hour.
*All Skill Levels are encouraged. This workshop will be given 3 days a week for 6 weeks
please choose feel free to choose what days and times work for you.

Mon. Wed. Thurs. 9:am to 10:30am
Thurs. Sat. Mon. 3:pm to 4:30pm
Fri. Sun. Tue. 10:am to 11:30pm & 3:pm to 4:30pm
Please feel free to mix up your days.... If you feel you would like to take more than 3 classes a week please note there will be a discounted fee for those who have signed up for the full 6 weeks....
