These are enjoyable healing, relaxing and rejuvenating retreats by the sea. You will stay at my beautiful cottage by the sea.
A typical retreat day may start with an invigorating Yoga and Chi Gung session to stretch away the tensions and energize the body; followed by a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, raw fresh smoothies, toast and freshly brewed coffee.
Then we may head off for a walk/hike along the lovely viking coastal trail, stopping off for tea and lunch where possible. On returning you will have time to relax in the hot tub and sauna before the evening yoga, tantra and massage session to stretch and knead the muscles and help induce relaxation, healing and pleasure.
The weekend of yoga, sauna, massage, lovely walks, fresh air and delicious healthy food will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated and in high spirits.
The yoga may involve traditional floor/mat work, outdoor yoga, partner yoga, aerial/anti-gravity yoga using hammocks, partner yoga, kundalini, tantra, thai yoga or ayurvedic yoga massage. The meditations may involve still meditations active/dynamic meditations involving involving cathartic release, primal scream, movement, sound, tantric bodywork, energetic cultivation, healing, hugging and laughter.
The walks will be along beautiful Viking Coastal Trail
All levels from novice to experienced are welcome.
