What we're about

Yogalicious' purpose is to create a safe space to bring together everyone who would like to practice yoga and mindful living: inviting unity and peace, bolstering community while moving and breathing mindfully. Anyone who can breathe and practice kindness is welcome to join us. Depending on the offering, our "meet-ups" may offer breath work, movement (asana, making shapes with your body), meditation and a love for this amazing life we have been given. We will be offering in person and online options.

Qi Gong with Simon Cairns

Hatcher Garden and Woodland Preserve

Qigong is a system of self-healing exercises that includes posture, movement, self massage, breathing techniques and meditation.

We meet every Saturday morning within Hatcher Gardens, just past the pond to the right at an enclave called the Garden of Hope and Healing.
Class starts at 9:30am and goes ahead every week unless a weather advisory alerts us to stay home.

The exercises are very gentle, suitable for all ages and free of cost.
Wear comfortable clothing and no yoga mat required.

Community Class: Qi Gong with Simon Cairns

Barnet Park

Join us in nearby Barnet Park for a Qi Gong practice with Simon Cairns! This is a Pay-What-You-Can/Karma class that will rotate our different teachers each week.

This week's offering with Simon Cairns will be a Qi Gong practice, a practice accessible to almost everyone - no mat necessary even!
